This is a picture of the beginning of the first bobbin of spun fiber from the July Batt Club from Abby at Franquemont Fibers.  This stuff is so beautiful and soft.  I'm fairly happy with the way it is spinning up.  Not due to the fiber but due to my spinning ability.  But I stink it will be fine.

Last night I finished Clue 4 of the Mystery Stole 3. This has been so much fun and I highly recommend that you take part in the next one offered by Melanie at http://pinklemontwist.blogspot.com/.   I don't think she will be embarking on another Mystery Stole for a while though. It is pretty cool knowing that over 6,000 people are all knitting the same thing at the same time. You can also check out some of the other Mystery Stole's, number 1 & 2, patterns available for sale on her web-site. Her work is absolutely beautiful.

Here is some multi-colored coral merino (I think it is merino) that I spun up the last couple of days.  The spinning is okay, I'm kinda discouraged, it doesn't seem I am improving with my spinning, but I guess it takes time and practice.  This is only the second time I have plied using the Navajo method.  I'm fairly happy with the plying.
